  • Autofy works with most professional diagnostic tools — no need to change your existing setup. Common tools include Autel MaxiSys, Launch X431, KESS, AutoTuner, ODIS, BMW ISTA, and Mercedes Xentry. The system is continuously tested and updated to support additional tools.

    A small device is plugged into the vehicle's OBD port. The vehicle connects securely to the Autofy platform. A workshop technician can then access the vehicle remotely using their existing diagnostic tools.

    A stable internet connection is required for both the vehicle and the workshop. For best performance, low latency under 50ms is recommended to ensure smooth diagnostics and real-time interaction.

    Yes. All sessions are encrypted and controlled by the workshop. Access is only granted when authorized, ensuring full control and data protection.

    After identifying the issue, the workshop can recommend repairs, create a job, schedule service, and track vehicle history within the system.
